Detroit Health Department teaches life-saving practices for infants during Safe Sleep Month

the Detroit Health Department is teaming up with DMC Hutzel Women’s Hospital during Michigan’s Safe Sleep Month to help teach parents and caregivers a potentially life-saving lesson. Safe Sleep classes will be held at 11 a.m. at DMC Hutzel Women's Hospital each day the week of Oct. 20, and residents who complete the class will get a free pack-and-play.
