Changlin Li, 33, allegedly stole an ambulance from a crash scene in Oakland County with a paramedic and a patient inside. He led police on a chase before crashing into another vehicle at 8 Mile and Beck roads in Northville Township, causing the ambulance to catch fire. All involved, including Li, sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Li faces multiple charges, including second-degree fleeing, assaulting police, and carjacking, with his bond set at $5 million.
