Jamaica endures catastrophic winds, flooding as Hurricane Melissa makes landfall

Hurricane Melissa has begun impacting the island of Jamaica, with winds up to 185 miles per hour. Power outages are already widespread, along with flash flooding, and there are also concerns about landslides. The National Hurricane Center says Melissa's landfall is one of the most powerful in recorded history.
