Comet 3I Atlas passes closest point to the sun

Comet 3I Atlas just passed its closest point to the sun, about 130 million miles away. Scientists say that distance means it's likely to survive the sun's heat and continue its journey through space. Steve Zepf from Michigan State University's Department of Physics and Astronomy joined Local 4 to discuss Comet 3I Atlas.
