Resident raises concerns over Rochester Hills intersection after seeing around 30 crashes

A Rochester Hills resident raised concerns about an intersection she lives near after she said she has seen about 30 crashes there and frequently sees near misses. So, Local 4 headed to the intersection to see how dangerous it is.
