Federal judges order Trump Administration to keep SNAP benefits flowing

Two federal judges have just ruled the Trump Administration must continue funding the SNAP program, or what's commonly called food stamps, during the shutdown. The rulings come just one day before the program, which helps feed one in eight Americans and 1.4 million in Michigan, was set to freeze.
