Detroit’s Christmas tree arrives downtown ahead of this year’s Tree Lighting

Detroit's Christmas tree has arrived at Campus Martius Park from Mesick, Michigan, marking the start of the holiday season. Sponsored by the DTE Energy Foundation and delivered by Amazon, the 62-foot spruce will be adorned with lights by a team of over 10 people, taking 12 days to prepare for the 22nd annual Detroit Tree Lighting ceremony on November 21.
