Oakland County grandmother displaced as raccoons take over home

A grandmother, Phyllis, and her family have temporarily relocated to relatives' homes after raccoons invaded their Rochester Hills townhouse. The property management has refused to repair the roof until all raccoons are removed, leaving a hole that allows the pests to return. Despite capturing one raccoon, the family continues to face disturbances and has withheld rent until the issue is resolved. Phyllis has also sought relocation to another unit without receiving a response from the property managers.
