Driver crashes repeatedly into Royal Oak beauty store

Royal Oak police released video of a suspected drunk driver plowing through an Ulta Beauty on Sunday following a chase. Police initially responded to the area of W Fourth Street and S Center Street just before 1 a.m. on Nov. 9 for a report of a person driving their car on train tracks. According to police, the driver, who police identified as 26-year-old Katrina Deann-Renee Patterson of Canton, refused to cooperate when officers arrived at the scene. Officers said they noticed one of the car’s tires was going flat and saw an open container of alcohol in the car.
