Video shows moment suspected drunk driver crashes into Ulta Beauty during police chase in Royal Oak

A Royal Oak woman was arrested after she crashed her SUV into Ulta Beauty during a police chase. It happened on Nov. 9, just before 1 a.m., after Royal Oak police responded to a report of a white SUV driving on train tracks near West Fourth Street and South Center Street.
