Oakland County mom arrested after 3 children found living in ‘horrifying conditions’
An Oakland County mother, Teriomas Tremic Johnson, was arrested and held without bond after leaving her three young children in an apartment under appalling conditions, including rotten food and waste. The investigation began when a 12-year-old girl reported a break-in, leading police to find the unsupervised children living with three cats and non-functional plumbing. Johnson, who was already on probation for previous offenses, including child abuse, was charged with three counts of second-degree child abuse. The children have been placed with family members by Child Protective Services.
