'Operation Cozy' drive in Detroit aims to keep those in need warm this season

"Operation: Cozy" is a winter clothing drive event scheduled for November 12, 2025, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Kadesh Baptist Church on Plymouth Road in Detroit. Organized by Local 4 in partnership with the Center For Youth and Families, the event aims to collect new or like-new winter coats, hats, scarves, and gloves to help keep children and adults warm during the winter season.
