Metro Detroit steakhouse owner accused of hiding undocumented workers

The FBI is investigating the owner of three Japanese steakhouses in Metro Detroit for allegedly housing undocumented workers in substandard conditions. Court documents reveal that the owner of Kyoto Japanese Steakhouse purportedly accommodated a dozen workers at his residences in Royal Oak and Shelby Township.
