Eastpointe McDonald’s worker accused of stabbing manager to death bound over

Afeni Badu Muhammad, 27, is facing trial for the alleged murder of her manager, Jennifer Harris, at a McDonald's in Eastpointe after a preliminary hearing concluded there was sufficient evidence. Witnesses, including a truck driver and a former employee, described a chaotic scene in which Muhammad, masked and armed with a knife, allegedly attacked Harris following a dispute over work performance, only stopping when a bystander fired a warning shot. Muhammad was apprehended by police in the parking lot, covered in blood, and later reportedly confessed to the stabbing during an interview with detectives, expressing relief after the act.
