The family of a 14-year-old special needs girl whose mother is now charged with murder and child abuse calls the woman they once trusted to care for the teen “rotten” and “pure evil.” Loved ones of 14-year-old Kylee Clark told Local 4 that losing her has been unbearable, but waiting months for charges to be filed and still not knowing what really happened has been even harder.
