Oakland County restaurant manager killed in shooting; Farmington Hills man in custody

Francesk Shkambi, 44, of Howell, who was the manager at a popular Oakland County restaurant, was killed overnight in a shooting. The shooting happened at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025, to the Prime 7 restaurant on Cooley Lake Road in Commerce Township. A 65-year-old Farmington Hills man turned himself in to police about 20 minutes after the shooting.
