Arrest made nearly five weeks after man found dead in park

Nearly five weeks after a Farmington Hills man was found dead at a park, a 23-year-old is now charged with second-degree murder. Gabriel Bercea is accused of using blunt force trauma and strangulation to kill 65-year-old Richard Alan Harris of Farmington Hills. The incident happened at Woodland Hills Park off Farmington Road.
